6. Intellectual Property

All content on BidSpace (logos, text, UI) is owned by BidSpace. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
